"FrancexJeanne has to be one of the saddest but most beautiful pairings in Hetalia, in my opinion. Sure, I can't completely see Joan and Francis having any real relationship, mostly for Joan's religious beliefs, but I do feel that France held strong feelings for Jeanne far different than those he feels for many others. How people can still believe that Francis is nothing but a perverted rapist after coming across some of the FrancexJeanne fanart, I will never comprehend; I honestly have no other words than heartless ignorance. Though he may only be a fictional character, I legitimately feel bad for Francis, and I wish I could just wrap him in a blanket and hold him as the candles slowly fade into the cold night."
